Mark Kennedy

Mark is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner; previously, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Decillion Convertible Arbitrage Fund. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at major European banks such as UBS, HSBC & IXIS where he was in charge of sales & trading of European equity derivatives desks. He graduated from ESLSCA in international trading and a post graduate degree in advanced probabilities at CNAM, Paris, and is an SFA General Representative.

Derek Watson

Derek is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner; he was also a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Decillion Convertible Arbitrage Fund.Prior to that, he joined from Salomon Brothers where he spent 9 years in the Japanese warrants & convertibles proprietary arbitrage group. He previously worked for Daiwa Securities on Japanese derivatives. Derek is also an SFA General Representative and followed the London School of Economics investment banking securities program.

Dung Nguyen

Dung is a Associate Portfolio Manager; Dung joined from Calyon in New York, where he was in charge of index arbitrage book but also managed long/short book. He previously traded US Convertible Bonds for Credit Lyonnais Securities NY. He initially joined the Calyon Group as a Quantitative Analyst in January 2000 after an Internship for the MS degree at IXIS. He holds a Masters degree in Quantitative Data and Statistics from the University of Marne-la-Vallee as well as a Masters in Applied Mathematics from the University of Orsay, Paris. Dung also speaks fluently English, French, German and Vietnamese. He is also FINRA (NASD) Certified Series 3, 7, 55, 63.
